Barley Sugars
My barley sugars really are bang up the elephant, if I say so myself. I got the recipe, which is over 300 years old from those clever French benedictine johnnies. They afford excellent refreshment for wayfarers of hill or dale, so pop one in your sauce box, and away!

Chocolate Limes
By jiminy these chocolate limes are good. There were some collie shangles mind from some quarters when I insisted on using a fine blend of milk and dark chocolate for the centre, but I’ll have no truck with peddlers of such parsimony. The crispy lime shell is the perfect accompaniment to the fine centre. All in all a most superior confectionery.

Fruit Drops
All morbs will be banished and you’ll have a veritable gigglemug when you try my luxuriant jam filled fruit drops. I devised the recipe some 150 years ago, and the rich fruity flavours and chewy texture are sheer ambrosia.

Fruit Rock
My rivals were as mad as wet hens when they saw the skill my sugar boilers employed to make this most comely of rocks. All done by hand, it takes over 10 years to train one of my lads to this level. Try one. They’re a feast for the eyes and the palate!

Mint Rock
I insist cream of tartar be used in all my handmade mint rock to bind the sugar, hence its uncommonly good colour. Others may use the skilamalink practice of employing glucose as a cheap substitute, but not I!

Liquorice & Blackcurrant
I was as mad as hops when, with the addition of liquorice to the creamy toffee centre I perfected these little beauties. Rich and flavoursome these speciality handmade sweetmeats will really make you feel like you’ve buttered your bacon!

Clotted Cream Toffee
I charged my staff to develop a process to make my Toffee with this fine flavour and Dash my Wig they have done just that. A damned fine Clotted Cream flavoured Toffee!!

Assorted Toffee
My Discerning customers will never be Hornswaggled into eating Toffee of inferior quality. Made with only the finest ingredients my assortment of Toffees cannot be beaten!

Chocolate Honeycomb
There was a true Benjo in my shop when I first sold my Honeycomb. The golden crunch and fine taste caused them to be in such demand!
In an instant I ordered larger pans and today can make enough to satisfy those that adore it so.
