As a Confectioner my stores are always full with sugar and a chuckaboo in the Queens Royal Navy challenged me to use some to make Rum. I, enjoying a challenge, agreed and added my own confections during the distilling to create my unique “Spiced Rum”. Everyone who has tasted it agree, it is as rambunctious as all my other creations!
