All my products are still made using my staff’s finest skills and their own fine daddles.
We start by boiling a mixture of Sugar, Glucose Syrup and Water to very high temperatures to boil off all the water and make sure the Sugar and Glucose are well mixed.
We then add our finest colours and flavours (it must taste right so only the finest ingredients will do!) and we mix everything thoroughly.
We build our sweets using the skill of my fantastic staff. They have worked here for a long time and new starters are trained for a number of years as apprentices to be able to design our products and keep the traditions of quality and fine confectionery alive.
We then form the final sweet through our forming dies into the beautiful shapes that allow our products to stand out from the rest.
